We are civil lawyers, not criminal prosecutors which means we pursue civil claims against child sexual predators and the institutions that employ them. We cannot put perpetrators in jail. Our mission is to seek money and Equity Awards through litigation or mediation to compensate you for the harm you suffered.

Often a perpetrator is employed by an institution that knew or should have known that a child was in danger of being sexually abused. We pursue civil claims against schools, youth organizations, religious institutions and other offending employers for failing to protect children from predatory employees.

Sex Abuse Claims Against Perpetrators.

We pursue child sexual abuse claims directly against child predators. Child predators are often adults that children trust. Our clients have been harmed by male and female teachers and other school employees, camp counsellors, doctors, coaches, priests, babysitters, and adult family members.
